Bath Renovation: Task List

1. Sink/Lavatory
   1. Remove vanity woodwork
   2. Remove existing sink
   3. Remove old supply plumbing (floor)
   4. Install new supply plumbing for pedestal sink
   5. Install new drain plumbing for pedestal sink
   6. Install pedestal sink
2. Lav Wall/Fixtures
   1. Remove old medicine cabinet & towel bar
   2. Remove wallboard
   3. Install new wallboard
   4. Install high cabinets
   5. Install new medicine cabinet
   6. Install lighting for medicine cabinet
   7. Install glass shelf
   8. Prep wall for tiling
   9. Install lav wall tiles
3. Electrical
   1. Remove overhead light fixture
   2. Rewire overhead fixture for wall switch
   3. Remove old wall switch
   4. Install new wall double switch (dimmer?)
   5. Install lav wall switch (dimmer?) and GFI outlet
   6. Install new overhead light fixture
4. Toilet
   1. Remove toilet
   2. Reinstall toilet
5. Floor
   1. Remove old flooring pieces
   2. Install new subfloor
   3. Prep subfloor for tiling
   4. Install floor tile
6. Tub
   1. Remove glass door and rails
   2. Reglaze tub
   3. Replace tub/shower plumbing and controls ???
   4. Remove tub wall tiles
   5. Install vent ??
   6. Install heater tape on pipes ??
   7. Prep tub walls for tiling
   8. Install tub wall tiles
   9. Install curtain rod
