Bath Renovation: PERT Chart
I have broken the task list into three phases. Phase 1 "Lavatory & Wall"
is the first and most complicated, including tasks A (Lavatory),
B (Wall and Fixtures), and C (Electrical). The PERT chart is mostly
about how the subtasks interdepend on each other. Phase 1 includes
all of the electrical work and most of the plumbing, and also gates
the installation of the new upstairs half-bath.
Phase 2 "Floor" includes tasks D (Toilet) and E (Floor), which do
have interdependent subtasks, but much less complicated. Phase 3
"Tub and Shower" is just task F, and it's not on the PERT chart
because the subtasks will just be done in order, without interdependency.
